1.- What is Dynaline's Return Policy?
All returns must be authorized by obtaining an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number from Dynaline Industries Inc., and must be shipped "freight prepaid". Returns are subject to 25% handling and restocking charges. Maximum allowable dollar amount of return will be no greater than 5% of the previous year's purchases. Returned merchandise must be in the current catalogue in full package quantities and in re-saleable condition.

2.- How do I find the items I want?
You can find the items you want in a number of ways: "Search Product", "Browse Catalogue", or "Browse by Category".
- To "Search a Product", just type a word that describes what you are looking for in the box on the left menu. Click "Search!" and you will receive a list of possible matches. By default, the search engine will look throughout the entire DYNALINE catalogue. If you already know to which DYNALINE category the item you are looking for belongs to, just select it in the 'Category' drop down list.
- To "Browse Catalogue", just go to the Index page. It shows a listing of all DYNALINE categories and groups. Click on the link that matches your search and you will be taken to a complete listing of all DYNALINE products in that particular category and group.
- To "Browse by Category", just click on any of the links provided on the left menu. You will be taken to a complete listing of the groups and products available in that particular category.
