TERMS
Net 30 days from date of invoice.
CREDIT POLICY
Past due accounts will be placed on "shipment hold" until such time as payment is received.
PRICING
All orders will be processed at pricing in effect at time of shipment and are subject to change without notice.
MINIMUM INVOICE
Minimum invoice must meet or exceed $50.00 net value.
FREIGHT POLICIES
Individual shipments with a net invoice value of $1000.00 or more will be shipped "freight prepaid" to one destination anywhere in Canada by a carrier of our choice.
STOCK RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by obtaining an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number from Dynaline Industries Inc.. To be accepted all returns must be shipped "freight prepaid" and all documents provided must reference the RGA number.
Items returned to Dynaline Industries Inc. within 30 days from the purchase date will be exempt from the restocking charges. After 30 days only annual returns will be accepted.
ANNUAL RETURNS
Annual returns are subject to a 25% handling and shipping charge.
Maximum allowable dollar amount of annual return will be 5% of the previous year's purchases.
Returned merchandise must be in the current catalogue in full package quantities and in re-saleable condition.
Credits for returns will be issued at the last purchase price.
CLAIMS
Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit are to be made with the carrier.
Claims for shortages or other errors must be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of goods.
WARRANTY
All products are fully warranted against defects in material and workmanship.
An RGA number must be obtained from Dynaline Industries Inc. prior to returning any warranted items for credit and must be shipped "freight prepaid" to the nearest DYNALINE warehouse. Once the items are received, inspected and approved, credit will be issued and freight paid.
Credit for product and freight will not be issued for goods that have been modified or subjected to abnormal or improper use.
