Under PIPA, you generally have the right to request access to personal information about you that is in Dynaline’s custody or under its control, subject to certain exceptions under the Act.

We may need to verify your identity before providing access to personal information.

Dynaline will generally respond to an access request within 45 days, unless the applicable legislation permits an extension or another response period. Alberta’s OIPC confirms that PIPA generally provides organizations with 45 calendar days to respond to an access request, subject to permitted extensions.

Certain information may be withheld where PIPA permits or requires us to refuse access.

If we refuse access, we will provide the reasons for the refusal where required by law.

17. Correcting Your Personal Information

You may request that Dynaline correct personal information about you if you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete.

Our Website and services are intended for both consumers and businesses and are not specifically directed toward children.
